From the beginning our aim has been underpinned by four core principles.

INSPIRED BY LACOCK
After years of perfecting an expertise in botanicals for our organic beauty business it was a natural sideways step to create a botanical gin. Our little micro distillery is set in the heart of Lacock village in a grade 11 National Trust building full of historic character and charm.

PROVENANCE & INGREDIENTS
Provenance is the driving force behind what we do so we only use quality ingredients. All our botanicals are meticulously hand sourced by owners Jacqui and David. They are added to a top quality neutral grain spirit and allowed to maccerate overnight in our pot stills.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & AUTHENTICITY
Every little bit of the process is touched by hand using time honoured distillation techniques. We use a traditional copper pot still to create our gin, so every little drop is made with the time, care and attention it deserves - we don’t rush it, we nurture it.

We aim to leave our customers happy with a warm and vivid memory of Lacock‘s sunkissed honeystone houses within every sip.
HIGH QUALITY BOTANICALS
Our small batch gin captures the very best botanicals that are grown in Lacock and the local environment.
Our premium Lacock Gin is made using a perfect blend of juniper, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, cardamon and locally foraged botanicals distilled with neutral grain alcohol and natural spring water.
OUR STORY
Welcome fellow gin lovers. Established in 1997 our family run business has been working with botanicals in the heart of Lacock for over a quarter of a century. Our ethos is simple, to source and combine ingredients found within nature’s larder and this approach continues to influence the botanical content found within our gins, helping us to create a unique taste reminiscent of our beautiful surroundings, Lacock and the shire beyond. Our micro-distillery offers hand-crafted small batch bottles that are packed full of flavour. Our dry gin is just the beginning of a range of gin products that will be brought online in the coming year so please do subscribe and watch this space for new, true to our location flavours, such as the popular winter hedgerow gin.
